01.Introduction

At Provenance One, we recognize that privacy is the cornerstone of trust in digital systems. Our “Engineered Privacy” framework ensures that your data is not just protected, but integrated into an immutable audit trail that prioritizes sovereign control.

This policy describes our rigorous practices regarding information lifecycle management through our distributed node network and associated cryptographic services.

02.Data Collection

Direct Identifiers

Provisioned during node registration: Corporate Entity Name, Verified Professional Email, and Cryptographic Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) data.

System Metadata

Automated technical logs: hash-based IP obfuscation, cryptographic access timestamps, node health telemetry, and API call signatures.

03.Usage Systems

Information processed by Provenance One is utilized strictly for the maintenance of the distributed ledger’s integrity and the provision of contractual services. We do not engage in behavioral tracking for data monetization. We do use 3rd Party services for services such as website analytics. Refer to the policies of those services for additional detail.

04.GDPR & Sovereign Rights

Right to Portability

You maintain the right to receive your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format (JSON/JSON-LD) for transfer to alternative controllers without systemic hindrance.

Rectification

Immediate correction of inaccurate metadata associated with your cryptographic identity.

Erasure

Requesting deletion of non-immutable operational logs upon contract termination.

Right to Object

Object to processing based on legitimate-interest frameworks. We will cease processing unless demonstrating compelling security-related grounds.
